Cornmeal Agar.

For the routine cultivation and identification of fungi.

Ingredients:

Cornmeal agar (BD) 8.5 g

Distilled water 500 ml

Method:

1. Mix dry ingredients into 100 ml H2O, boil remaining water

2. Add boiling water to mixture and bring to boil.

3. Dispense for slopes.

4. Autoclave for 10 minutes at 120C, then slope on racks.
