Mould Identification: A Virtual Self Assessment

Case History: A 4 year old boy with chronic granulomatous
disease presented with extensive alveolar opacity and prominant
interstitial marking on CRX.  On biopsy granulomas containing
fungal elements were seen on histopathology.  The fungus shown
below was isolated.
