Mould Identification: A Virtual Self Assessment

Case History: A 48 year old cattle farmer presented with an extensive
erythematous plaque on his forearm, that had failed to respond to
antibacterial treatment.  Skin scrappings showed the presence of
septate fungal hyphae and the fungus shown below was isolated.
