Mould Identification: A Virtual Self Assessment

Case History: A 64-year-old male presented with an ulcerating
lesion on the leg. He remembered receiving a penetrating injury
by a thorn from an African Acacia tree some 9 months earlier.
A biopsy showed the presence of fungal elements and the
culture grew the fungus shown below.
