Case History: A 44-year-old HIV+ man on antiretroviral therapy
presented with chronic sinusitis. A CT scan revealed extensive
erosive pansinusitis. An antral washing was performed and
hyphal elements were observed on direct microscopy and
the culture shown below was grown.
